The company opened an account with the bank about a year ago. According to the owner, the main motivation was the way his questions were answered with such dexterity. The proximity of his work place to the banking premise also played a role.
“I have not been disappointed since I opened the account” said Mr. Tetteh. According to him our Customer Service is unmatched industry wide and he likes the friendly demeanor he is given every time he walks into the banking hall. He puts it simply: “Customer Service is excellent”.
As to whether he has been provided help in anyway to improve on his business, he said that for now, he has not asked for any such help since he has been with the bank less than a year now. He added that he was intending to do so soon, and was quick to add that such help should come readily for building healthy business relationships.
Asked how ASL can improve on its services, he answered that ASL should frequently visit clients and ask what problems they may have and proactively help to solve these.
