Alex Omane Ayamfi - The Boy Fashion

He began his occupational life with the supply of second hand shoes to a number of retailers at Kantamanto. According to Alex, he bought his wares from neighbouring countries, particularly Togo for subsequent supply to retailers.

Sometime in 1993 the shoe business took a dip forcing him to turn his attention to jewellery business. He started the jewelry business by acquiring a small showcase and cited the showcase at a very vantage point around Siaw stores in Accra.  It is really amazing how such a small beginning has really blossomed into a huge business. Today, it is a place where many have their livelihood and the needs of a lot more met.

 

When asked how he got to know about Adehyeman, he answers by saying “I heard about Adehyeman Savings and Loans through my sister about four years ago and has since remained a client of this company. I was motivated by the consistent good news I heard from my sister on the operations of this company, I can personally attest to the excellent customer care that I enjoy and the sense of urgency they attach to the needs of their customers”

 

He was asked if he had any magic formula he applied for the growth of his business but he answered in the negative with a broad smile and attributed the growth of his business to exhibiting a high level of discipline and injecting a sense of urgency into whatever he does. His consistent discipline and sense of urgency has led to the acquisition of another store behind Georgina Stores in Okaishie.

 

For more than four years of doing business with Adehyeman, I have enjoyed the unparalleled services of dedicated and well trained staffs who are really professionals he states.

 

Alex enjoys attractive rates on his deposits, feels more secured and relishes the financial peace of mind he currently has with Adehyeman. He is also frequently invited to Adehyeman’s Business Management Seminars for entrepreneurs from time to time. He currently has plans of embarking on further expansion of his business by acquiring some more shops whilst thinking of diversifying into the real estate’s business sometime later. He currently employs 22 persons made up of 21 sales attendants and one administrator who support’s him in running his business.

 

He is currently one of the good depositors of the institution and his very happy with the kind of services he is enjoying.
